Delivery Policy
1. General Information: Online access of distance learning program, certification practice exams and training certificate(s) will only be provided upon full payment.
2. Delivery Location: Training materials, completion certificates will be given free of charge in our office location. Delivery will be charge depending on your location. Soft copy of training certificates will be sent to your email address only upon request.
3. Delivery Time: Certificates provided by True North Training Center takes 15 to 30 days to deliver within Qatar. Certificates provided by our partners take 45 to 60 days.
4. Delivery Instructions: Upon confirmation, you can pick up your certificates to our office from Saturday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Courier delivery will be sent to your respective address.
5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs of training certificates varies from QAR25 to QAR45. Books and other miscellaneous items may incur additional charges.
6. Damaged Items in Transport: Damage items should be reported to us immediately upon delivery.
